A novel use for an anagram generator - making real words into incomprehensible rubbish to defeat the spam filters (unsuccessfully in this case). Perhaps the idiots that actually respond to this sort of dross can't spell either.

Pro The spam filterers and the spam generators are in a constant battle that washes back and forth, and which will never end. This latest spam weapon will soon be combatted. It's interesting that they left the name of the medicine "Cialis" unencrypted! That's probably how your spam filter found it.

What is so annoying is that if the SMTP protocol had been better designed, a lot of problems (spoof from addresses in particular) could have been circumvented. But too late to put the genie back in the bottle now.
But I guess the internet was a decent and commerce-free place when the specs were drawn up.

Pro SMTP was never designed for what it gets used for now. It was written as a simple peer to peer mail transfer system. It really should be thrown away and restarted as SMTP - "Secure Mail Transfer Protocol".
SMTP was an adjunct to UUCP and shouldn't have been used as it is now. I've been a UNIX sysadmin since 1984, and I bemoan the death of UUCP.
